Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PakGames Fun, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and to the related Privacy Policy and Community & Responsible Usage Guidelines. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between the user and the operator of PakGames Fun. They apply to every page, feature, download, and communication offered under the PakGames Fun brand.

Scheduled maintenance, urgent fixes, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Where practical, we provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Intellectual property
The PakGames Fun brand, trademarks, logo, layout, code, copy, and visual identity belong to the operator and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to the user. Users may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from PakGames Fun materials without prior written consent.
Users retain ownership of content they submit (such as feedback or profile information) but grant PakGames Fun a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the service.
Termination and suspension
PakGames Fun may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if the user breaches these Terms, behaves abusively, exposes the platform to legal risk, or engages in fraudulent or unsafe activity. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) remain in effect.
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
PakGames Fun is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet specific user requirements or that defects will be corrected immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use of PakGames Fun. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's registered location, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's home jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceedings, users agree to contact support@pakgames.fun to attempt a good-faith resolution. The exact governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution mechanism must be confirmed by the operator for the Pakistan market.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes are highlighted on the website and, where appropriate, sent by email or in-app notice in advance. Continued use of PakGames Fun after the effective date means the user accepts the updated Terms.
